Desks
- How much is a day pass? Can I just walk in?
- A day pass is NT$200, or NT$300 with a standing desk. We are open 10:00-19:00. Walk-ins are fine, but message us on LINE first to make sure there is a seat.
- What is the difference between a hot desk and a fixed desk?
- A monthly hot desk is NT$2,000: you take any free seat that day, 10:00-19:00, with a personal locker, and take your things with you when you leave. A monthly fixed desk starts at NT$3,000: your own desk where you can leave a monitor and gear, with a 24-hour access card.
- What is the minimum term?
- Monthly plans start at one month. If you just want to try us out, start with a day pass.
- Can members use the meeting rooms? Is there an extra charge?
- Yes. Day-pass and monthly members can book the meeting rooms for free. There are ten rooms on the second floor, including three single-person rooms for calls and video meetings.
- Can I take calls or video meetings at my desk?
- Yes. If you want somewhere quieter, book one of the single-person meeting rooms.
- Is there air conditioning, Wi-Fi and printing?
- Air conditioning runs 24 hours, and there is Wi-Fi, a pantry and snacks. Printing and scanning are free for normal use; large jobs are charged.
- Can I register my company here?
- Yes. You can register a company at Youai Market 2F. Ask on LINE for the details.
Renting a space
- How many people does the event space hold, and what does it cost?
- The event space seats 100 at round tables. It is charged by the hour: NT$800 for up to 20 people, NT$1,000 for 21 to 40, and NT$1,400 for 41 or more, projector and sound included.
- How do I rent a meeting room?
- Meeting rooms are charged by the hour: small rooms (4 and 5) NT$300, medium rooms (2 and 3) NT$400, and the large room (1) NT$500. The recording room is room 4 and is charged at the small-room rate.
- How far ahead do I need to book, and is there a deposit?
- Book at least 3 days ahead and pay a 50% deposit to hold the slot.
- Can I get a refund if I cancel?
- Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full deposit refund. Within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
- What does the rental include? Is there a cleaning fee?
- The base fee covers the room, kitchen cooking equipment (not the fridge), drinking water, restrooms and other shared facilities. Events with food, cooking or decorations must restore the space afterwards and pay an NT$3,000 cleaning deposit, fully refunded if the space is left clean and undamaged.

- Can I bring my kids?
- Yes. The mamasofa kids area on the second floor has a play area, a sofa lounge, its own pantry, a nursing room and a bathroom, so you can work with your kids around.
