AI consulting in Tainan, helping small and medium-sized businesses through AI transformation
Goodideas Studio was founded in Tainan in 2014. We help companies find the work most worth handing to AI, then build it together with them into tools they use every day.
For small and medium-sized businesses and traditional industries
- 01
AI business check-up (first consultation free)
We review your workflows, find where AI can save the most time, and give you a practical plan for bringing it in.
- 02
On-site AI consultant, working alongside your team
FDE on-site support | Billed weekly, try one week first
Once the check-up has shown the way, our AI consultant comes to your company every week and works with your team to connect AI to the forms, LINE and data you already use. We do not just build it and hand it over: we teach your colleagues to use it and adjust it themselves, and after launch we keep refining it until it is part of everyday work.
For members of the Goodideas coworking space
Members get free AI consulting. If you get stuck using AI for your work, just come and ask us.
What we have done
- 2020 mask map: built the first convenience store mask map in Taiwan, then worked with Audrey Tang on the name-based mask rationing system 2.0.
- Tainan health screening and Tainan vaccination: built for the Tainan City Public Health Bureau since 2021 and renewed every year; in 2025 brought to the Kaohsiung City Public Health Bureau as the Xiong GO health screening management system.
- 2024 Tainan AI Hackathon, with help putting the results to use in 2025: 4 systems completed, all open source.
- Asbestos roof report map after Typhoon Danas: helped clear about 28,000 tonnes, and the Ministry of Environment called it a model others can replicate.
